From the moment we arrived, Lefteris, the host, went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. the location is simply amazing, with the villa right on the beach and surrounded by tranquility. the spacious room, equipped with a kitchen and a terrace overlooking the beach, provided the perfect setting for enjoying the breathtaking sunrise. the villa itself is eco-friendly and felt like our own vacation home. We can't say enough about Lefteris and his exceptional service. He was always available and took care of our every need. If we ever visit Santorini again, Incognito will be our go-to choice. Make sure to book well in advance as it's in high demand.

Swam in the pool, felt like a fish in a tank. Garden made me feel like Snow White, with all the animals flocking around. Coco mat bedding made me feel like a queen.

The location was perfect, right next to the beach. Privacy was acceptable. Mr. Lefteris was incredibly helpful and always available. The villa was beautifully designed with a wonderful pool and outside area. The service provided by Lefteris was exceptional. The villa offered a romantic setup and thoughtful touches for our honeymoon. There were restaurants and a market within walking distance. The villa had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

The location was absolutely amazing! The villa had a breathtaking view, and it was so peaceful and spacious. The reality matched the photos perfectly. I had an amazing stay at this beach villa. The high standard, modern design, and romantic ambiance truly impressed me. The ocean views were uninterrupted and the infinity pool was a great addition. I loved the huge BBQ area and the fact that I could enjoy fresh figs from the garden for breakfast. The sunrise views were absolutely breathtaking. The location was convenient, with a 25-minute walk to a wide range of bars and restaurants in the nearby town. The owner, Lefteris, went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. From welcoming me at the airport to providing valuable recommendations and arranging my ATV rental at a better price, he truly cared about my experience. The little touches, like the complimentary champagne, fruit platter, and Nespresso coffee machine, made me feel valued. The daily housekeeping service was exceptional, ensuring that everything was spotless and well-stocked.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The villa was absolutely stunning! The bedroom was cozy, and the living room was perfect for relaxing. I loved the fully equipped kitchen, it had everything I needed. The bathroom was luxurious with a hot tub and a rainfall shower. And how can I forget the flat-screen TV with satellite channels!

Although the villa was fantastic, I personally found the bathroom slippers a bit uncomfortable. But hey, that's just me!

My husband and I stayed at Incognito for two days before traveling and it was the perfect place to relax. The villa is quiet and private, located right on the beach in Santorini. The owner, Lefteris, was extremely generous and hospitable, even driving us to the airport. The room was beautifully designed and had every little detail thought of. We loved the outdoor showers and the beautiful fig tree garden. The beach is pebbly but beautiful, and there are tavernas and a market within walking distance. We also booked a cruise recommended by Lefteris which was amazing. a truly unique and enjoyable stay.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
